Berry Points

Berry Points are the currency of the Play Strawberry platform. You buy them from us and spend them on Play Strawberry. They are kept in your Play Strawberry account, not on a server. No server's game has Berry Points in it.

What you can spend them on

• items in the Store and in server stores;
• paid entry to servers;
• the Marketplace;
• the Creator plan.

Each listing shows its price in Berry Points and, next to it, its price in money.

Buy Berry Points

1. Sign in on servers.playstrawberry.net and open Berry Points.
2. Under Get Berry Points, choose a pack. Each pack shows its number of Berry Points and its price.
3. Tick the box that accepts the Berry Points Terms. Then press Continue to payment.
4. Pay on Stripe's page. You type your card details only there, in your web browser. Never in the launcher or in the game.
5. Your Berry Points are added right after the payment is confirmed. We also send you a confirmation by email.

1,000 Berry Points cost USD 9.99 before tax. In Türkiye, prices are shown in Turkish lira, with every tax included. Everywhere else, they are shown in US dollars before tax, with the tax added on top.

Your account may have a monthly limit. If it does, the Berry Points page shows it before you pay.

Your history

Every purchase, sale and spending with Berry Points is listed in your history.

1. On servers.playstrawberry.net, open Settings.
2. Choose Marketplace history.

Each line shows the date, what it was for, the price and the tax.

Refunds

The Berry Points Terms decide when you get money back. In short:

• No refund because you changed your mind, also for Berry Points you have not spent. You agree to this with a box before you pay.
• We do refund a payment you did not authorise, a double charge, or a payment whose Berry Points did not reach your account. We also refund when the law of your country requires it.
• Türkiye: the Distance Contracts Regulation gives no right of withdrawal for Berry Points. Your other rights under Turkish consumer law stay.
• A refund goes back to the payment method you paid with. It removes the Berry Points of that purchase.
