Early Supporter packs

Early Supporter packs help us launch Play Strawberry. A pack is a pre-order: you pay now. Your Berry Points are added to your account as soon as your payment is confirmed, and you can spend them when Berry Points open. Your other rewards are added when early access opens, at the latest on 31 March 2027.

You must be at least 18 to buy a pack. A pack is for your own account only. It cannot be bought as a gift.

Tiers and rewards

Your packs add up. Your total, before tax, decides your tier.

From a total of $20, you also get 1,000 Berry Points for every full $10. For example: $20 gives 2,000 Berry Points, $40 gives 4,000 and $100 gives 10,000. Below $20 there are no Berry Points.

• Early access: you can create your own server before the public launch.
• Badges: you get the badge of your tier and of the tiers below it.
• Hats: one, two or three exclusive hats, depending on your tier. They show on Strawberry servers with online mode and cosmetics on. The final design is still being made.
• Supporter wall: your name on founders.playstrawberry.net, only if you choose it at checkout.

You can pay $10 to $2,000 at a time, and at most $2,000 in 24 hours.

Buy a pack

1. Go to founders.playstrawberry.net and choose your amount. You go on to the Early Supporter page of servers.playstrawberry.net.

2. Check the amount. Signed in? Your pack goes to your account. No account yet? Type your Email address and tick I am 18 or older.
3. Tick the box that accepts the Early Supporter Pre-order Terms. For your name on the supporter wall, turn on Show me on the supporter wall and type your Name on the wall.
4. Press Continue to payment and pay on Stripe's page.

No account yet? Open it with the code

If you paid with an email address that has no account yet:

1. After paying, you come back to a page that waits for Stripe to confirm. It updates by itself.
2. Typed a wrong email? Press Wrong email? Change it, fix it and press Save and send code. The old code stops working at once.
3. We send a 6-digit code to your email. It works for 15 minutes.
4. Type the code, then choose your display name, @handle and password. See Create your Play Strawberry account.
5. Your account opens with your pack and its Berry Points in it.

If you close the page, your pack waits for that email address. Our confirmation email has the link to open your account. If the email address already has an account, sign in instead.

When you get your rewards

Your Creator months start when the plan is activated and usable, not when you pay. We email you an early access update within 14 days after the offer ends.

While packs are on sale, sign in and open servers.playstrawberry.net/early-supporter to see them under Your packs. Each pack also shows in Settings > Marketplace history.

Refunds

The Early Supporter Pre-order Terms decide refunds. In short:

• No refunds because you changed your mind, before or after delivery.
• You get your money back if we cannot deliver by the deadline, or if you were charged twice or without permission.
• If a reward is missing or does not match its description, contact us. We fix it first. If we cannot, you get an appropriate part back.

Open a ticket or write to contact@playstrawberry.net. Include your order reference. Never send card details or passwords. A refund that is due starts within 14 days.
