Updated October 28, 2026
You can join a Strawberry server in two ways:
- With the Strawberry client: press Play on the server's page, and the game joins for you.
- With Minecraft: Java Edition: copy the server's address and add it in Multiplayer.

Find a server
- Go to servers.playstrawberry.net.
- Browse the servers, or search for one by name.

- Open the server's page. It shows the server's Minecraft version, its rules and whether it is online.

Each server card shows its state:
State | What it means |
|---|---|
Online | The server is running. Join now. |
Sleeping · wakes on join | Nobody is playing, so the server sleeps. It starts when someone joins. |
Maintenance | The owner is working on the server. Try again later. |
Offline | The server is stopped. |
Join with the Strawberry client
If the Strawberry client is not on your computer, Play shows Join from Minecraft with the server's address. Then join with Minecraft: Java Edition (below).
- On the server's page, press Play.
- Your browser asks to open Play Strawberry. Allow it.
- The launcher opens and the game joins the server.
Once the client download is open, pressing Play without the launcher downloads it for you. Open the file when it finishes, then press Play again.
Join with Minecraft: Java Edition
- On the server's page, press Copy next to the server's address.

- Start Minecraft: Java Edition and choose Multiplayer.
- Choose Add Server.
- Paste the address into Server Address and choose Done.
- Select the server in the list and choose Join Server.
You can also choose Direct Connection and paste the address there.
